WYON AG, based in Appenzell, is a successful Swiss company specializing in the development and production of small and micro-sized rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. We support their engineering team with personnel resources to automate their production.

For the implementation of a robot-assisted labeling system, we provided the following project-based services:
- Development of requirements and operational concepts
- Design and implementation of control software with Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 and robotics with Mitsubishi MELFA
- Implementation of control visualizations with VisiWin
- Commissioning and testing of the systems
Furthermore, we offer WYON flexible support for any engineering tasks that arise:
- Development and implementation as well as training and support in the area of .NET Framework, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and VisiWin
- Expansion, optimization and troubleshooting of the BECKHOFF controllers used
- Hardware planning for new systems as well as the updating of existing electrical schematics
